These modular bird, boat, sky, cloud, water, and forest panels combine to create a typical scne of the American landscape and waterscape along the highway. These pre-cast modular panels, which are created using normal construction methods, form miles of sound walls that will be viewed by thousands of vacationers and commuters as they drive along the roadway.
