1. Project Plan

The process begins with you supplying us with your plan and elevation views, landscaping plans, and any other plans and specifications you feel would give us the "big picture". If you do not have a project plan, you will need to create plan sheets and technical specifications. If you do not have time to work on this step, we can help by pairing you with our sister company, Creative Design Resolutions, Inc., or another capable design firm.

2. Scale Models

After your designs are finalized, you will need scale models. You can supply us with scale models or we can fabricate them for you. Scale models are imperative so that you know exactly what you will receive. The final casts made from our form liners will be replicas of the scale models.

3. Full-Size Patterns

The scale models are used to create the full-size patterns. You can supply us with a full-size pattern, but generally, we make these for our clients. The final casts made from our form liners will be directly interpreted from these full-size patterns.

4. Masters

Depending on how many copies you need, you may want to purchase masters. (If you want to have multiple copies of the same form liner available to you quickly, you will need a master.)

5. Form Liners

We make the fiberglass form liners from the masters or the original full-size patterns. We fabricate the form liners in accordance with your specifications and approved scale models so that you and your precasters know exactly what to expect from the final cast.
